We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support the delivery of a retrofit programme focused on energy efficiency improvements. The RLO will act as the key point of contact between residents, the client, and the delivery team, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout the works.
To deliver a retrofit programme of energy efficiency works covering Bedford & surrounding areas including Milton Keynes, Colmworth, Kempston and Nuneaton.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar customer-facing role within construction, social housing, or retrofit projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working on retrofit or energy efficiency programmes is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple sites across a regional area
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
- Organised, proactive, and resident-focused approach
