We have a new opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with an independently owned Consultancy based in Birmingham.

This is a highly successful firm with a national presence working across Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Building Surveying. They have a wide range of projects and clients in sectors such as hotels, manufacturing and residential, amongst others! You will be working with experienced teams of both Quantity Surveying and Project Management professionals supporting the QS service lead on project delivery and mentoring more junior team members.

This is an independently owned consultancy with a strong reputation locally in other disciplines and nationally across the board. They already have some noteworthy clients on board who show them a high degree of loyalty and repeat business so there is genuinely a lot to build on here and a great career path ahead.

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic, experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking for the right opportunity to support them in their future career and development. We are ideally looking for a consultancy / pqs background in real estate projects. This role would be ideal for a well established Senior QS looking for the right role to support them in working towards Associate level and beyond.
