We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance Team working across domestic properties in Hampshire. This role involves electrical repairs, maintenance, installations, testing and fault finding while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical repairs, maintenance and installations
- Fault finding on single & three-phase systems
- EICRs, testing & inspection
- PAT testing and certification works
- Shower and electric heating installations
- Domestic heating controls and immersion replacements
- Complete works in line with current wiring regulations
Requirements
- C&G 2330 or equivalent
- 18th Edition (2382)
- Strong domestic maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Good knowledge of electrical regulations
- Ability to use PDA/smartphone technology
Desirable
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Social housing or domestic maintenance experience
