Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with prime residential experience to join the commercial team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
- Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance
- Producing monthly valuations and commercial reports
- Leading on cost forecasting and financial analysis
- Managing variations, change control, and risk
- Maintaining risk and opportunity registers
- Administering JCT contracts
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
