Administrator Dartford Based £13 per hour Repairs and Maintenance Dartford – Office Based Monday – Friday (8:00am – 17:00pm) Looking for someone to start immediately Key Duties include: Booking of installation appointments with tenants and/or clients and re-arranging works where necessary Scheduling the daily timetables for the in house team of engineers, resolving customer queries or providing advice pre and post installation. Purchasing of parts and equipment, and arranging access on site for these, along with any hire plant with suppliers and subcontractors. Applying for the necessary boiler installation certificates and ensure further certification is completed upon installation. Keeping the CRM system and other databases up to date.Someone who has worked in an administration role within a gas operations team before would be good but not essential. Someone with experience gained within a repairs environment within social housing or healthcare, repairs knowledge, working with engineers and scheduling would be what we would like to see. The roles requires significant communication with the team, tenants, engineers and subcontractors and suppliers so looking for someone with great conversational skills along with strong admin skills
