Traffic Marshall – Luton (Long-Term Role)
We are currently working with a national house builder who is seeking a Traffic Marshall for their residential development in Luton.
This is a long-term position, ideal for a reliable and safety-conscious individual. The role involves working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and directing vehicles and deliveries entering and exiting the site

Ensuring safe movement of vehicles and plant around the site

Communicating clearly with drivers, site workers, and pedestrians to avoid accidents

Maintaining access routes and keeping traffic areas clean and clear

Assisting site management with general duties when not directing traffic
