Traffic Marshall – Luton (Long-Term Role)

We are currently working with a national house builder who is seeking a Traffic Marshall for their residential development in Luton.

This is a long-term position, ideal for a reliable and safety-conscious individual. The role involves working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and directing vehicles and deliveries entering and exiting the site

  • Ensuring safe movement of vehicles and plant around the site

  • Communicating clearly with drivers, site workers, and pedestrians to avoid accidents

  • Maintaining access routes and keeping traffic areas clean and clear

  • Assisting site management with general duties when not directing traffic
