Senior Technical Services Manager Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Facilities Management Location: Salford and East Manchester Salary: £60,000 + £5,200 car allowance JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for an experienced Technical Services Manager with Facilities Management experience to work on a contract in Salford. This role will cover 2 large sites. This is a site-based role 5 days per week. Previous TSM experience in FM is essential. This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing 2 Technical Services Managers at 2 different sites Direct reports Reporting and analysing KPI\’s Regular updates and meetings with the client on site Working alongside compliance team to ensure everything is in line with the contract Liaison with other departments Regular liaison and site updates with line manager Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
