We are working with a large-scale, technology-led business investing heavily in a greenfield platform build, and they need a Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping it from the ground up. This isn't a narrow frontend role. The frontend is central to the product, but you'll be operating across the wider platform, working closely with backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to deliver a high-performance, scalable system end-to-end.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and scaling a modern React / Next.js application at the core of the platform
- Contributing to micro-frontend architecture (Module Federation)
- Working closely with backend engineers on API design, data flow, and system integration
- Developing and integrating with .NET / C# backend services
- Deploying and supporting applications within AWS (CloudFront, S3, etc.)
- Designing performant, scalable user experiences for a high-traffic platform
- Staying hands-on while contributing to technical direction within your squad
