We are looking for an exceptional Cloud Architect with deep expertise in .NET and AWS to help modernise a complex technology estate, designing cutting-edge cloud-native solutions that will power mission-critical applications across multiple business domains.
The Opportunity

- Define and lead the AWS cloud strategy for large-scale SaaS platforms.

- Work closely with engineering teams, guiding them on best practices in .NET, AWS, and cloud security.

What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong technical foundation in cloud architecture and software engineering. You should have:
- Deep experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- AWS cloud expertise - hands-on with services like Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and more.
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience.
- A background in event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS, SQS).
- Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach, comfortable influencing both engineers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in large-scale distributed systems and enterprise environments.
