As a Lead Engineer, you will combine
technical leadership with hands-on delivery , guiding a team of engineers while remaining close to the code and architecture. You will: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting the standard for engineering quality Design and build
scalable, resilient, cloud-native systems Collaborate with Product and Architecture to define technical direction Drive best practices across
CI/CD, testing, and modern software engineering Take ownership of system performance, reliability, and scalability Contribute to architectural decisions across a distributed, service-based platform Technology Environment
