We’re looking for an Experiential & Content Producer to join our London team and help bring ambitious ideas to life across experiential, content and integrated productions. This is a hands-on role for a highly organised, solutions-focused producer who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys taking projects from early concept through to flawless delivery. You’ll partner closely with creatives, account teams, clients and specialist production partners to produce standout work across live experiences, events, filmed content, motion, post-production and integrated campaigns. Whether leading a large-scale activation, managing content shoots or navigating complex timelines and budgets, you’ll play a central role in shaping award-worthy creative output.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll oversee projects end-to-end from scoping and budgeting through to production, delivery and wrap-up ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • This role will see you:
    • Lead experiential and content productions across multiple workstreams simultaneously
    • Build and manage production timelines, budgets, suppliers and delivery teams
    • Collaborate with creatives and client teams to identify the smartest and most effective production solutions
    • Manage external vendors, freelancers and specialist partners from briefing through to final delivery
    • Oversee production and post-production processes including live action, editing, graphics and animation
    • Identify and mitigate production, budget and IP risks in partnership with Business Affairs
    • Support resource planning, forecasting and operational excellence across projects
    • Drive quality, efficiency and profitability while maintaining exceptional creative standards

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ll bring strong production experience from an agency or production creative environment, with a track record delivering experiential and content-led projects for major international brands.
  • You should be:
    • Confident leading productions from concept to completion
    • Experienced managing complex budgets, negotiations and timelines
    • Calm under pressure with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Commercially minded with a solid understanding of production operations and profitability
    • An excellent communicator who can manage stakeholders, clients and suppliers with confidence
    • Collaborative, proactive and energised by creative environments
    • Experience across experiential, events, filmed content and integrated campaign production is essential, alongside a strong understanding of agency workflows and fast-paced client environments.

Why Edelman?

Our creative department brings together specialists across Creative, Production, Design, Influencer, Social, Digital and Creative Technology to build ideas designed for earned attention and real cultural impact. You’ll join a collaborative team producing ambitious, globally recognised work with the opportunity to shape campaigns that genuinely stand out in the industry.

We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
