Job Description
Just imagine a retail role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That’s what working in a LEGO® Store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. You’ll see to that. Because you’ll share the creativity and imagination that brings them to us.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times.
- Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, comply with all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
