We are currently looking for Marketing Manager GTM (Bugaboo EMEA), maternity cover.

What will you do

  • Work closely with HQ product management and brand teams, local and channel marketing teams to ensure cluster needs are considered in the GTM process for product and campaign development, cascading outcomes and project progress to broader cluster teams.
  • Lead development and delivery of cluster wide campaigns, promotions and initiatives, working closely with regional marketing managers and channel owners to ensure seamless delivery and robust post activity evaluations.
  • Work closely with the cluster trade team on planned and reactive trade activity, including commercial input on product launches, promotions and sales.
  • Oversee the Retail Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of cluster wide POS strategy and retail marketing initiatives, driving consistency and efficiency to best represent the brand in retail partner stores.
  • Oversee the EMEA Creative team in the end to end creative briefing process and delivery of local adaptations and requirements, ensuring any HQ supplied templates are fit for purpose and final outputs support premium brand positioning.
  • Support the East European Marketing Manager to drive sales performance and brand awareness in the region with localized trade and brand marketing activity.
  • Manage the cluster’s organic social freelancer to schedule and report on local social pages, as well as liaising regularly with HQ Social to ensure global brand alignment.
  • Lead the GTM marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns and strategic brand support to distributor partners, working closely with Retail Marketing Manager and Creative Coordinator to ensure any specific needs are accounted for.
  • Oversee the Translation Specialist in managing the end to end translation process for all markets and channels globally.
  • Maintain the cluster GTM marketing calendar to keep the team and local marketing teams informed and on track with all launches and localization projects.
  • Liaise with brand, dotcom and local marketing teams to plan and deliver homepage heroes for cluster dotcom sites.
  • With your team ensure financial budget control including monthly financial reporting reviews, PO generation and approval, forecasting and budgeting as well as ensuring day to day trackers are maintained.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the GTM marketing team to deliver centralized support for the EMEA cluster across multiple marketing disciplines.

  • You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
