We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong product and engineering mindset to join our Treasury FX Risk team. Our team calculates FX risk from trading foreign exchange to meet Wise's liquidity needs. We manage mission critical services that provide accurate real-time risk calculations and aggregate market data from platforms like Bloomberg and Reuters. Trading teams rely on our data to manage FX exposure and execute trades worth tens to hundreds of millions of pounds, making reliability and scalability our top priorities.

We operate on a strong belief in automation, programmatic implementation, and reusable design. We are looking for people who can step back and think holistically about the ecosystem, but also follow through and help implement the design; drawing on the resources across the rest of the treasury tribe. As we grow, sustaining our trajectory requires ongoing refinement and iteration of our services with a focus on availability, security, and user experience. We need a seasoned engineer who can dissect complex requirements and create elegant, impactful solutions, empowering our teams to advance our mission with agility and confidence.
