We're hiring a new Senior Product Manager for the Core Experience team to help shape the future of our free, offline, and social experiences. You'll work with a cross-functional team to define and deliver experiences that expand access, strengthen connections, and unlock the next wave of innovation across Spotify's experience. These innovations will play a critical role in shaping Spotify's consumer experience and help users discover, share, and engage in new ways.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a product vision and strategy for your area, aligned with the broader consumer experience vision
  • Prioritize a long‐term product roadmap for your team
  • Drive alignment for your strategies, roadmap, and metrics across the organization
  • Use data, insights, and experimentation to inform decisions and sharpen strategy
  • Work in a cross‐discipline team and partner with engineers, data scientists, researchers, and designers on multiple projects from idea to launch
  • Demonstrate product craft by shipping impactful, high‐visibility features that move Spotify's topline metrics
  • Collaborate with many people inside the product area and across the company
  • Build and manage cross‐functional relationships to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Build a broad network across Spotify to align with adjacent strategies and maximize impact

Who You Are

  • You have a consistent track record of taking new consumer products to market
  • Skilled at distilling complexity into clarity and guiding teams through ambiguity
  • Experienced in building ambitious, compelling product visions and strategies for widely used products
  • An excellent communicator and storyteller, skilled at tailoring ideas for different audiences and contexts
  • Comfortable using research, analysis, and A/B testing to inform decisions
  • Excited about the potential of AI and personalization, with the ability to link today's product decisions to tomorrow's evolving ecosystem
  • Growth‐minded, always learning and adapting
  • Collaborative, prioritizing team success over individual recognition

Where You'll Be

This role is based in London or Stockholm. We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in‐person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
