Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data skills (SQL & Python). Experience conducting A/B tests and causal analyses to assess impact of product changes.
  • KPI Setting: Partnering with Product Managers and Analysts to set KPIs and monitor new feature impact on conversion, stickiness and engagement.
  • Influence: Strong stakeholder management; collaborative, know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximize impact. Bias to action—identify and execute needed steps.
  • First Principles Thinking: Ability to take an ambiguous, open‑ended problem, structure it and solve it, ensuring the team works on the most impactful opportunities.
