- Influence: Strong stakeholder management; collaborative, know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximize impact. Bias to action—identify and execute needed steps.
- First Principles Thinking: Ability to take an ambiguous, open‑ended problem, structure it and solve it, ensuring the team works on the most impactful opportunities.
