We're looking for an Implementation Lead to drive and scale complex, high-impact partnerships across the Wise Platform in EMEA. You’ll lead the EMEA regional implementation team, setting the standard for seamless delivery of payment solutions while coaching and enabling others to reach ambitious growth goals. This role is critical to our mission of launching fast, scalable, and world-class integrations.
You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our products and partnerships in the region, working with some of our most complex partners. With a strong focus on revenue impact, solution quality, and long-term growth, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to manage both technical and strategic implementations, shape scalable delivery models, and ensure operational excellence.
What You’ll Do- Create a regional implementation strategy that aligns to our regional business goals and support its execution and evolution.
- Own all facets of implementation in EMEA, responsible for the team hitting KPIs and helping drive to business outcomes.
- Coach and develop the team to deliver multiple complex integrations across products and large-scale partners.
- Own all facets of project management in region, including identifying & mitigating risks and plan, prioritize, and manage competing project timelines with precision and foresight.
- Own implementation decisions and trade-offs, ensuring alignment across all impacted stakeholders.
- Maintain exceptional project governance with clean, clear data and no surprises.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to drive delivery and shape cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as the voice of Wise in partner conversations, influencing decision-making and alignment across stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, empowering them to deliver complex integrations across multiple products and partners.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
We are looking for a senior leader who has had 7+ years work experience in project management, operations, product development and or product operations. You have led a team of 4+ individuals and have successfully coached and led senior team members, and are eager to build team skills and capabilities. You are commercial adept, and have managed and led initiatives to improve KPIs, business metrics, revenue impact, etc. You’re technically fluent (comfortable with APIs, solution design) and have worked with engineering and product teams. You’re an excellent, influential communicator. You can adapt your communication style to different audiences. You’re able to persuade others and you aren’t afraid to challenge something when you need to. You’re analytical and detail-oriented, using data to track performance and assess opportunities to increase productivity. You are proactive - you see a problem and start to solve it without waiting for others to be involved. You’re an excellent communicator who brings teams and partners together around a shared vision.
