Deckers Brands is seeking a Manager, Payroll (EMEA) in London to lead a team of five payroll specialists and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing across multiple countries. You will work as the right hand to the Senior Payroll Manager, driving improvements and acting as a subject-matter expert for payroll in the region.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll, maintain SOX compliance, and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, while driving process enhancements.
