We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join Wise Business Squad, our international business account. The Wise Business account helps small and medium‑size businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth. An increasing share of our 625,000+ business customers – and the 45,000+ businesses that join them every month – trust Wise with their day‑to‑day finances. We are hiring a Lead Product Analyst for the Business Account Management Team.

The Business Account Management Team is responsible for one of our most critical product areas: Multi‑User Access (MUA). This essential feature enables our customers to scale by adding team members to their accounts, granting them the flexibility to delegate tasks and streamline their business operations. As we move up‑market, the team plays a pivotal role in solving complex challenges related to product adoption and feature depth, specifically tailored to meet the sophisticated needs of larger business entities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Derive actionable insights from data to drive the team's strategy and inform product decisions.
  • Establish clear goals, define measurable KPIs, and develop compelling narratives to help your team understand their progress.
  • Identify and evaluate high‑impact opportunities, find ways to support and accelerate or advocate for better alternatives.
  • Ensure accurate, impactful, fast decision making with high quality analysis, raising the bar for A/B testing and helping us to iterate faster.
  • Build automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self‑serve.
  • Take ownership of complex cross‑team projects to help unblock critical product decisions – ranging from tactical decisions to control fraud & charge‑back risk to strategic decisions on the right pricing models for our products.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. You’re an expert in SQL (with the ability to write clear, performant, and reliable queries to transform large complex datasets). You have experience building and owning automated data pipelines with tools like DBT/Airflow.
  • Experimentation & Statistics: Experience running A/B tests and analysing the results to drive product decisions.
  • Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment: identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen, triaging requests by impact and you know when and how to adapt analysis scope to achieve 80/20 results.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communicator – you cut through the noise, communicating what matters in a way that people get it. You’re an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power.
  • Influence: You have strong stakeholder management skills – you are collaborative, know how to influence using data and when to say yes or no to maximise impact. You have a bias to action – you identify what needs to be done and make it happen.

Nice to Have but Not Essential

  • Prior experience in the B2B space understanding business customers' financial and expense management needs.
  • Familiarity with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis, or regulatory compliance within the FinTech space.
