Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the Assets product to new international markets. Lead and manage the end-to-end process of applying for regulatory licenses in new markets. Your first 'onboarding' project will be to lead our entry into the Canadian market, securing the necessary licenses (CIRO) and continuing our North American expansion. Analyze the optimal route to market for the Assets product, taking into account how customer needs differ from market-to-market, product functionality requirements, and the local regulatory and legal landscapes.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships. Identify and negotiate commercial relationships with local custodians, brokers, and clearing partners to enable a seamless investment experience. You will be responsible for figuring out the ideal operational and commercial processes with these new partners. Work with our current global partners to expand our fund range into new currencies and jurisdictions.
