Role Overview
The Credit Controller role focuses on maintaining healthy customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving queries across European customers. You will support the European Credit Team by communicating in French and English with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone, Zoom/Teams and email to discuss payments, credit terms and resolve any queries.
- Help customers make correct payments on time to keep their accounts up to date.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, addressing risks quickly to prevent escalation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to maintain business flow.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s IT systems and databases.

- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Problem‑solving ability and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers, facts and figures; experience in Excel is desirable.
