The Future Race Operations (FRO) Programme is a major transformation initiative aligned with Formula 1’s 2030 Net Zero ambition. Its core aim is to reduce reliance on air freight by shifting to sea and land freight, thereby cutting costs and emissions. This involves rethinking how trackside operations are structured and supported, including equipment, logistics, planning, technology and team workflows. We are looking for a motivated individual to support the delivery of this critical programme, working closely with the Director of Transport Logistics & Cargo and Director of Strategy – as well as several other senior stakeholders across the business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Hands‑on project management of multiple concurrent projects in support of the broader FRO Programme, regularly reporting progress to the Head of FRO Transformation and programme leadership as required.
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of key FRO projects to ensure they are completed within scope, budget and timeline constraints.
- Work closely with programme sponsor and cross‑functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, resourcing, work plan and budget for FRO initiatives.
- Deliver projects in line with FRO governance process ensuring complete alignment across critical F1 stakeholders.
- Support the identification and implementation of broader transformation opportunities to ensure the successful delivery of the FRO Programme into BAU.
- Track transformation progress through KPIs and deliver insights for continuous improvement, managing issues and risks with clear mitigation plans, following an escalation process where needed.

Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline).
- PRINCE 2 or equivalent professional project management certification.
Experience
- Current experience managing & delivering complex projects.
- A proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner.
- Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role:
- Experience of managing a complex project portfolio and multi‑disciplinary project teams.
- Experience in logistics, operational and/or engineering‑based disciplines.
Knowledge & Skills
- Prior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate:

- Desirable, but not essential:
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, engineering and operations.

- Experience with software/systems implementation.
