We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office here at Formula 1. Reporting into our Head of PMO, this role will support our Programme Manager with delivery of strategic programmes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the management of the assigned project(s) in line with the F1 PMO Methodology.
  • Lead projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scope documents involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Establish and manage direct responsibilities with all stakeholders as a point of contact for project performance updates.
  • Manage project resource demand and capacity across all projects.
  • Manage project risks and issues with clear mitigation plans and following an escalation process where needed.
  • Establish and manage regular project review meetings covering cost, schedule, resources, RAID and RAG statuses.

Qualifications:
  • Prince 2 Practitioner (essential).
  • APM PMQ, APMP, MSP (desirable).
Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Project Manager in delivering projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • A proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner.
  • Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with Waterfall methodology.
  • Experience of managing a complex project portfolio and multi-disciplinary project teams (desirable).
  • Experience managing projects for motorsport or media industry (desirable).
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment (desirable).
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Project.
  • Good understanding of Power BI.
