We are looking for a Cargo Operations Coordinator to join our Freight team. Reporting into our Cargo Operations Manager, this role will plan and coordinate the worldwide transportation of F1 freight.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the worldwide transportation and distribution of F1 equipment in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation and customs declarations accurately and efficiently.
- Plan and manage aircraft loads in support of the air charter logistics operation.
- Support the chartering of aircraft to facilitate air charter operations.
- Liaise with logistics partners, service providers, and regulatory authorities as required, fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the company’s Known Consignor security programme and internal security policies.
- Contribute to the preparation of freight and sustainability reports.
- Maintain awareness of applicable freight legislation and advise on its implications, investigating compliant shipping options to meet operational targets across the company.
- Contribute to logistics planning and budget preparation.
- Monitor and report on work undertaken, providing regular updates to the Cargo Operations Manager.
