- Education & Growth: A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, supplemented by a lifelong‑learner mentality.
We believe that solving the world’s energy challenges requires diverse perspectives. You will join a culture that values empathy, analytical rigor, and long‑term relationship building over short‑term wins. You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. Your well‑being matters to us.
