We now have an opportunity for a collaborative and strategic Business Development Manager, Digital Displacement, to play a leading role in the ongoing growth and development of our footprint in the energy‑efficiency sector. This position will give you the opportunity to play a leading role in shaping our market presence, building lasting partnerships with industry leaders, and help to define the future of our product road map to meet the global demand for sustainable machinery.

What You’ll Be Doing As our new Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Cultivating Strategic Partnerships
• Relationship-Driven Growth: Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with OEMs and industrial fleet operators.

• Technical Advocacy
• Clear Communication: Translate complex technical data into compelling stories of efficiency and progress for diverse stakeholders, from site managers to executive boards.
• Pilot Program Mentorship: Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure trial phases are executed smoothly and data is communicated transparently.
