Job Responsibilities
- Act as application support and sparring partner for customers, our sales teams, and the technical support teams in the region.
- Support visits to customers for projects and troubleshooting including support during commissioning/service.
- Assist in ensuring Danfoss products are being properly handled and installed onsite.
- System design support for contractors and consultants.
- Stay updated regarding relevant market trends and gather market and competitor intelligence.
- Deliver product and application training to groups of customers, our sales or technical support people either online or face-to-face.
- Provide insights, input and market knowledge to new product developments, launches and sales support material.
The ideal candidate for this position shall possess the following background and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree or qualification in refrigeration or a related industry would be an advantage.
- Detailed experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry or similar, including domestic or commercial heating/cooling applications, or demonstrating an advanced hands-on level of competence on complex refrigeration or air-conditioning systems.
- A solid understanding of industrial refrigeration systems including how to work with Ammonia and CO2 applications.
- Commercial understanding & flair.
- Capable of managing own time and to work to tight customer deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
