Quality Compliance Analyst

The role is based at our site in Warwick, UK and involves ensuring quality systems are in place, followed, and continuously improved. By using data-driven insights and structured problem-solving, you will enable the business to prioritise the right quality initiatives and make informed decisions, driving a proactive quality culture focused on prevention. You will work closely with production teams to drive sustainable improvements on the shop floor, reducing scrap and rework while improving stability and overall efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive and promote a strong quality culture across the business, ensuring compliance with customer, product, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage APQP, PPAP, and change management activities for new products, process changes, suppliers, and customer requirements.
- Review, approve, and provide technical support for supplier quality submissions and ongoing supplier quality performance.
- Support, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including training employees on quality tools and processes.
- Plan and conduct process, product, and manufacturing audits in accordance with IATF 16949, company standards, and external certification requirements.
- Establish, monitor, and improve quality control systems using core quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and capability studies.
- Analyse quality performance data, support KPI reporting, lead problem-solving activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as 8D and 5-Why analysis.
- Support production and customer quality issue resolution while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Lead auditor for IATF16494 standard or equivalent, alongside previous knowledge and experience of managing internal auditing programs for compliance.
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
- Experience of APQP, NPD and PPAP process and its requirements, alongside tools such as PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, Capability Study, Manufacturing Process.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of problem solving, and an ability to analyse and report data and/or measurements analysis.
Advantageous would be:
- Previous knowledge or experience of laboratory equipment.
- Understanding in business systems such as One ERP/ SAP.
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement tools.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Qualification in or equivalent knowledge of quality systems, engineering and manufacturing processes.
