What You’ll Be Doing
As the Head of Indirect Sales, you will be instrumental in our success. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the Nordics and UK, turning market insights into ambitious growth for our Climate Solutions business.
- Lead and inspire a talented team of sales account managers, coaching and empowering them to achieve outstanding results and grow in their careers.
- Strengthen and expand our network of indirect sales partners across the region, creating joint plans that drive mutual growth and success in the HVAC and refrigeration market.
- Act as the dedicated Key Account Manager for one of our largest global partners, deepening the relationship through strategic solutions and portfolio management.
- Collaborate across Danfoss, aligning with internal teams and using data and sales technology to make smart decisions and ensure flawless execution.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need a blend of leadership skills and industry expertise. We are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high‑performing teams within a large, matrixed organization.
- Deep expertise in the HVAC / refrigeration industry, including managing strategic accounts, developing indirect sales channels, and delivering growth in competitive markets.
- A data‑driven approach to sales, with proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales technologies to manage pipelines and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels.
- Fluency in English and the willingness to travel 30-40% across the Nordics and UK to connect with your team and customers. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
