Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for Key Account Manager (KAM) who will be the forefront of driving business growth and expanding market share across our full range of HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration products.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing key OEM accounts, driving market share, and building long-term partnerships that align with Danfoss’ global strategy. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to deliver measurable results. Furthermore, you will:
- Drive Business Growth: Secure sustainable, profitable growth while expanding market share and strengthening partnerships.

What We\’re Looking For
We are looking for a results‑driven professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and have the skills to deliver both short‑and‑long‑term growth.
- Education in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development within HVAC & Commercial Refrigeration, ideally with OEM focus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating and executing successful sales strategies in fast‑paced markets.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in global, multicultural teams.
