Location: Basildon, SS14 2TT
Hours: 7am – 2.30pm or 2pm to 10.30pm, rolling rota (3 shifts on, 3 shifts off – average of 26.25hrs per week

Salary: £13.11ph

We are looking for full time and part time Care Assistants to join our team her at Brook Lodge Care Home.

The Role

As a Care Assistant at Brook Lodge, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. From assisting with personal care and daily routines to providing companionship and meaningful social interaction, every day you\’ll be making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care to residents in line with individual care plans
• Assist with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
• Provide companionship and help promote emotional well-being
• Record care activity accurately and promptly (full training provided)
• Work collaboratively with your team and senior staff on shift
