We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant (nights) to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our residents. To provide care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard.
You Must Have The Following Qualifications
- Care Certificate
- NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
Experience
- Experience of working with older people
- Knowledge and use assessment tools
- Understand care planning processes
- Use of Electronic Care Planning
Technical Skills
- IT Literate
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improve service delivery and outcomes for residents
