We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant (days) Part Time / Lates to professionally and thoughtfully deliver care during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our residents. To provide care to residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs to a high standard.
You must have the following qualifications
- Care Certificate
- NVQ qualification is preferred but not essential
We are looking for someone with the following experience
- Experience of working with older people
- Knowledge and use assessment tools
- Understand care planning processes
- Use of Electronic Care Planning
We are looking for someone with the following technical skills
- IT Literate
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to contribute to, monitor and implement changes that improvement service delivery and outcomes for residents
