Role Overview As a Trade Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our trade partners—translating their requirements into accurate, commercially viable kitchen designs that align with manufacturing capabilities and installation realities.

You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, customer service, production and installation to ensure every design is right first time and supports our wider business goals.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where initiative, accuracy, and collaboration matter.

This role will involve approximately 70% design work using Winner and 30%
