Danes Educational Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to join the Central Services HR team. You will provide expert HR support across a portfolio of schools, building strong relationships with staff and school leaders, and helping the trust deliver high-quality people management.
The post holder will act as a first point of contact, offer generalist advisory and administrative support, and line manage the HR Coordinators within assigned schools in conjunction with the HR Manager.
