Job Description
Well known high growth technology/telco company is seeking a commercial lawyer for its growing legal team.
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements
Supporting key strategic projects and partnerships from a legal perspective
Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders
Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers, circa NQ – 4 years PQE, with commercial contracts experience ideally within a technology/telco context. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join an expanding business and to gain exposure to a range of interesting legal work
