The postholder will advise on a range of lending transactions whilst supporting the business meet its strategic objectives. Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following:
- UK Qualified lawyer with circa 4 years PQE
- Banking and finance background
- Some previous leveraged finance experience
- A team player with the ability to provide stakeholders with effective and commercial legal advice
