About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to act as the strategic marketing lead for a region, partnering closely with the Regional General Manager to drive market growth, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. In this role, you will translate global positioning and company priorities into effective regional go-to-market strategies tailored to local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive conditions. You’ll operate as a highly cross-functional marketer with ownership across positioning, demand generation, campaign strategy, local events, and regional execution. You will serve as the voice of the market — helping ensure central marketing efforts are relevant and effective locally while influencing broader strategy through customer and market insights. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who combines strong strategic judgment with hands-on execution and thrives in fast-moving, matrixed organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Own Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and market penetration within your territory.
  • Localize Positioning & Messaging: Adapt global messaging, campaigns, and value propositions to ensure relevance for regional customer segments, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the connective tissue between the regional market and central marketing organization - ensuring global initiatives are effectively localized while regional insights shape broader company strategy.
  • Partner with Regional Sales & Account Management Teams: Develop market-specific enablement materials and highlight local customer proof points to drive customer acquisition & share of wallet expansion.
  • Lead Regional Campaign Planning & Execution: Define regional campaign priorities and partner with central marketing teams to execute integrated programs across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, content, and outbound channels.
  • Support Regional Events & Field Marketing: Partner with central events teams to plan and execute local marketing events to strengthen brand presence and generate pipeline.
  • Act as the Voice of the Market: Surface regional insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to influence broader marketing strategy, positioning, and campaign development.
  • Execute and Optimize Programs: Partner with central marketing teams to execute high-impact regional marketing campaigns and programs, continuously measuring performance and optimizing for ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience aligning marketing strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience operating cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior sales or regional leadership
  • Experience supporting or executing local events, field marketing initiatives, or customer activations
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization and decision-making
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across distributed teams

Please note this role is based in-office in London.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting both SMB and Enterprise go-to-market motions
  • Background in multi-region or localized marketing strategy
