Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up, with a clear focus on Commercial (non-tech) hiring.
  • Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from individual contributors to VP-level positions.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and truly own Post-Sales, CX, Training, and Marketing hiring for the EMEA region.
  • Excellent networker with an understanding of how to effectively engage high-calibre candidates across multiple business functions.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to persuade and advise leaders on recruiting best practices.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions.
  • (Desirable) Experience recruiting in a hyper-growth environment.
  • (Desirable) A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process.
  • (Desirable) Any recruiting experience in the dental technology space is a huge plus!

What the job involves

  • Dandy is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company.
  • The recruiting team owns all the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager relationships.
  • You’ll be our second recruiter in EMEA, delivering exceptional candidate experience across the Commercial business (mainly Post-Sales, CX, Training, Marketing, and Ops positions - but potentially some high-volume Sales roles as well) as we expand in the region.
  • This opportunity is great if you love to build and are looking to make a huge impact in a company that truly values the recruiting team.
  • Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing strategic talent mapping, compensation advice, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel - especially as we think about expanding into brand new markets.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process across the organization.
  • Lead talent management strategy across our growing post-sales and marketing organisations, working closely with HR to support the business leader in delivering on shared goals.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, social media, cold calls, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals.
  • Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies.
  • Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of recruiting tools and processes.
