As Night Resident Service Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents during overnight hours, providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is a multi-site role, we are looking to fill two positions:
- Position primarily based at Dandi On the Hill (Harrow), with some occasional support for out-of-hours calls at nearby Harrow properties.
- Position based at Dandi Brondesbury, Willesden Green, London NW2.
WORKING HOURS: 8:00pm – 8:00am (4 on 4 off shifts)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent DANDI’s values and lead by example.
- Strive for service and process improvements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Role-Specific Accountabilities
- Provide security and building oversight as instructed by the General Manager.
- Conduct regular patrols of internal and external areas, noting maintenance issues or concerns and escalating anything critical.
- Support the daytime front-of-house team with building safety checks and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
- Ensure clear handovers by recording key information and issues for the day team.
- Assist with admin tasks such as updating Move In and Renewals Sheets, Apudos, Inventory Hive, and WiFi onboarding systems.
- Perform regular inspections of vacant apartments and help with pre-let condition checks.
- Manage concierge responsibilities including parcel handling and key management.
- Liaise with residents regarding basic maintenance issues, user errors, or defects, escalating where necessary.
Required Experience & Technical Competency
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident with IT systems and accurate in admin tasks.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety practices in a residential setting.
