Overview

Dandelion Therapeutic Support (Dandelion TS) is one of the most nurturing, friendly, multi-disciplinary team of Clinicians, comprising of Speech & Language Therapists (SLTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Counsellors, Autism Assessors, and an SEN Sports Coach. We work in and around Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire. Our clients are mainly through Local Authorities, School contracts, Adoption Agencies and Private clients. All Dandelion TS Team members are Freelancer Associates.

What we are looking for

Responsibilities and requirements

Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs)

  • 4+ years’ experience with working in complex needs.
  • Experience working within specialist settings (ideally SEMH settings).
  • Knowledge of using and experience in AAC.
  • Ability to train staff and parents/carers in AAC.
  • Supporting SLT Assistants.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have at least 1-2 days available.

Speech and Language Therapy Assistants (SLT Assistants)

  • 2+ years\' experience working within specialist settings (ideally SEMH settings).
  • Knowledge of using and experience in AAC.
  • Ability to work independently but with support from the SLT.
  • Must have at least 1-2 days available.
