About the Role

We are looking for a Product Lead who will take ownership of a strategic product area, driving it from product strategy and learning methodology to user experience design and development coordination. This role is designed for someone with strong product and systems thinking, capable of independently leading a complex digital product in a fast-changing, high-ambiguity environment.

We are looking for a professional who:

  • Understands the corporate learning and talent development landscape across Europe and North America
  • Has hands-on experience with EdTech products, Learning & Development (L&D), or LMS ecosystems
  • Has practical experience designing and launching microlearning systems and learning journeys
  • Understands modern AI-native approaches to digital product development
  • Can rapidly transform ideas and hypotheses into working product solutions
  • Is capable of simultaneously managing product strategy, delivery processes, and learning methodology

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in EdTech, HRTech, Learning & Development, or Talent Development
    • Hands-on experience designing and launching Digital Learning and Microlearning products
    • Experience working in an EdTech startup, high-growth product company, or large-scale learning platform
    • Strong understanding of the corporate learning ecosystem (LMS, L&D, Workforce Development)
    • Experience with both B2B and B2C SaaS products
    • Practical experience managing digital products and P&L responsibility
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivery processes
  2. Product & Systems Thinking
    • Ability to view products as interconnected systems
    • Strong prioritization and structuring skills
    • Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments
    • Ability to independently make decisions and drive initiatives to completion
    • Strong understanding of the relationship between: Learning, Skills Development, Career Growth, Talent Assessment, Business Outcomes
  3. AI-Native & Digital Skills
    • Advanced hands-on experience using AI tools on a daily basis
    • Ability to build AI agents and orchestrators using platforms such as: ChatGPT, Claude / Claude Code, Cursor
    • Strong understanding of AI-assisted development and vibe-coding workflows
    • Ability to build functional prototypes using Lovable or similar AI-native development platforms
    • Understanding of modern AI-powered learning systems
    • Experience using AI for: Product research, Content generation and structuring, UX design and user flow creation, Quality assurance and review processes, Data analysis, Product specification development
    • Ability to rapidly build MVPs and validate hypotheses
    • Strong proficiency with modern digital tools: Notion, Miro, Figma, Google Workspace, Jira / ClickUp / Linear
    • Professional working proficiency in English
