About the Company

Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development and human capital management.

Our products combine digital simulations, behavioural analytics and AI, and are built by a distributed international team.

As our product portfolio grows, we are looking for a Technical Project / QA Specialist to help keep delivery organised and ensure that new functionality meets agreed requirements and quality standards.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining technical project coordination with hands-on quality assurance.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering, helping to track delivery, clarify requirements, coordinate priorities and test new functionality before release.

The role is well suited to someone who understands software development, enjoys structured testing and is comfortable working across several technical workstreams at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical tasks, priorities, timelines and dependencies.
  • Track delivery of product features and technical initiatives.
  • Review requirements and acceptance criteria before development and testing.
  • Perform functional, regression and exploratory testing.
  • Identify, document and track defects.
  • Reproduce reported issues and provide clear, structured information to developers.
  • Support release readiness and post-release verification.
  • Maintain QA documentation, test cases and checklists.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to improve delivery and QA processes.
  • Highlight risks, blockers and quality issues early.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in QA, Technical Project Coordination, Software Delivery or a related role.
  • Experience working with software development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with manual software testing.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience in Saa S or technology companies would be an advantage.

Skills

  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong functional testing and defect-reporting skills.
  • Ability to read, clarify and challenge product requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Jira, Click Up, Linear or similar tools.
  • Understanding of APIs, browser developer tools or basic SQL would be an advantage.
  • Ability to coordinate technical stakeholders and follow work through to completion.
  • Experience with test automation would be beneficial, but is not essential.

AI should already be part of your daily workflow.

We expect you to be comfortable using tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Cursor or similar platforms to prepare test scenarios, analyse requirements, investigate defects, improve documentation and accelerate routine QA activities.

Experience using AI-assisted QA tools or creating simple automated workflows would be a strong advantage.

  • English
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Able to communicate clearly with Product, Engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable challenging incomplete or unclear requirements.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and potential issues.
  • Calm and reliable when working towards release deadlines.
  • Able to balance delivery speed with product quality.

What We Offer

  • A fully remote role within an international company headquartered in Dubai.
  • Direct collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled software development and modern Saa S delivery.
  • The opportunity to influence QA and delivery processes as the company grows.
