This exciting role will be based at our site in Newington, Kent. The site is 50% forward sold and groundworkers started end of March, making good progress on roads and initial foundations. Compound will be set up early June with a plan to take PC mid / end of June with 135 units in total. You will have full support from the team to deliver and work to NHBC Pride in the Job standards. We will be equally as happy to look at a strong Site Manager looking for next steps or a Senior Site Manager already in the role.

As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain excellent standards of health & safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site operations from inception through to completion
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations
  • Deliver plots to programme and budget
  • Maintain exceptional build quality and attention to detail
  • Liaise with internal departments including commercial, technical, and sales
  • Drive NHBC PIJ standards and ensure successful inspections
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to Assistant Site Managers and site staff
  • Liaise with and support ESG team on implementation and delivery of ESG and Social Value requirements
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential housebuilding
  • Track record of delivering volume or high-quality housing schemes
  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to problem solving
