Join the team at Dandara Living as a Leasing Associate in Altrincham. Dandara Living, a prominent division of the Dandara Group, is at the forefront of designing, developing, and managing bespoke residential properties in the UK’s flourishing Build-to-Rent sector. Operating one of the largest regional portfolios, we handle over 5,000 multifamily and single-family homes and plan to introduce an additional 8,000 apartments and student beds nationwide.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday / 8am to 5pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays, Saturdays 10am-3pm with a day off in the week. Following a successful probation period, you’ll have the flexibility to enjoy some work-from-home days.
About the Role: The Leasing Associate will be the first point of contact for new leasing enquiries, managing leads and supporting the site teams to ensure a smooth, seamless process for prospective tenants. You’ll help us maintain our high standards of service while juggling deadlines, priorities, and a variety of tasks.
What You Will Do:
- Manage enquiries and leads via phone and email
- Qualify leads against set criteria and book viewings across sites
- Keep portals and listings up to date
- Carry out market research and competitor analysis
- Ensure accurate data entry and system management
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external applicants
- Work to deadlines and performance targets
- Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience
