What You’ll Be Doing

As a Management Trainee within the Commercial Team, you will:

  • Support the Commercial Team with day‑to‑day project and administrative activities
  • Gain exposure to estimating, procurement, surveying, and cost control processes
  • Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination
  • Learn how commercial decisions impact the delivery of housing developments
  • Carry out assigned tasks and project work accurately and to agreed deadlines
  • Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments
  • Take ownership of your learning and professional development
  • Fully engage with training and apprenticeship requirements throughout the programme

Essential Requirements
