  • Audit Coordination
    • Act as a key contact for external auditors
    • Prepare PBC (Provided by Client) schedules, respond to queries, and track audit progress
    • Support internal controls testing and remediation across jurisdictions
  • Process & Controls Improvement
    • Contribute to financial period-end processes and controls
    • Support finance transformation initiatives, including rapid close and process optimisation

What You Will Have

  • 0–2 years’ post-qualified experience in audit, group reporting, or management accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 and UK GAAP
  • Exposure to construction or project-based accounting (e.g. WIP, percentage of completion) is desirable but not essential
  • Advanced Excel skills (including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas)
  • Familiarity with data/BI tools and an interest in leveraging digital or AI tools to improve reporting efficiency
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and non-finance teams
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to manage priorities across a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
