You\’ll be working on our fabulous sites across our Southern region.
What you will do:
Sales & Targets
- Proactively manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver against KPIs, including visitor-to-reservation conversion rates.
- Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser
- Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients
- Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
Compliance & Process
- Adhere to company sales procedures, including anti-money laundering (AML) checks and GDPR compliance.
- Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and processed within agreed timescales.
Customer Journey & Experience
- Guide purchasers through the full customer journey, from first enquiry to post-completion handover.
- Provide regular progress updates and exceptional aftercare, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Support marketing initiatives, launches, and promotional events.
- Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients
- Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with site management, build teams, and head office functions to deliver seamless customer service.
- Provide market intelligence to the Sales Manager, including competitor analysis and local trends.
Working Pattern
This role requires working 5 days in seven with a 2 day break so you must be flexible.
What you will have:
- Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills
- Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business
- Full UK Driving License
- You must be able to work weekends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in new homes.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- A proactive, consultative sales approach with strong closing ability.
- Strong IT literacy, including CRM systems
