From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to:
- Procurement and buying
- Cost management and budgeting
- Working with subcontractors and suppliers

- The full housebuilding and construction journey
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Management Trainee within the Commercial Team, you will:
- Support the Commercial Team with day‑to‑day project and administrative activities
- Gain exposure to estimating, procurement, surveying, and cost control processes
- Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination
- Learn how commercial decisions impact the delivery of housing developments
- Carry out assigned tasks and project work accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments
- Take ownership of your learning and professional development
- Fully engage with training and apprenticeship requirements throughout the programme

Essential Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
- Completed or predicted completion of a Level 3 qualification (A Levels, T Level, or equivalent)

- Ability to travel between sites and offices when required
