We’re looking for a motivated school or college leaver to join our Commercial Team in Milton Keynes as a Management Trainee. From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‑on exposure to:

  • Procurement and buying
  • Cost management and budgeting
  • Working with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Financial reporting and commercial processes
  • The full housebuilding and construction journey

As a Management Trainee within the Commercial Team, you will:

  • Support the Commercial Team with day‑to‑day project and administrative activities
  • Gain exposure to estimating, procurement, surveying, and cost control processes
  • Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination
  • Learn how commercial decisions impact the delivery of housing developments
  • Carry out assigned tasks and project work accurately and to agreed deadlines
  • Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments
  • Take ownership of your learning and professional development
  • Fully engage with training and apprenticeship requirements throughout the programme

Essential Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
  • Completed or predicted completion of a Level 3 qualification (A Levels, T Level, or equivalent)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to travel between sites and offices when required
