We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Southern Counties team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to provide maternity cover. Based from our regional head office in Totton, Southampton, you'll play a key role in driving marketing performance across our developments, helping to generate leads, support sales success, and strengthen the Dandara brand across the region.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Director and Managing Director, you'll lead the regional marketing strategy across our Housebuilding division, overseeing everything from campaign planning and budget management through to digital performance, PR, events, and brand management. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, you'll ensure our developments are marketed effectively, campaigns deliver measurable results, and all activity aligns with Dandara's commercial objectives and brand standards.
What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver the regional marketing strategy in line with business objectives, sales forecasts, and development launches.
- Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, events, and social media.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring expenditure is controlled and delivers strong return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness through regular reporting and analysis.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials including brochures, signage, digital assets, advertisements, and show home collateral.
- Manage website content, online listings, landing pages, and digital advertising to maximise performance and lead generation.
- Work closely with Sales, Construction, Technical, and Group Marketing teams to ensure marketing activity supports business priorities.
- Manage relationships with creative, PR, and media agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Lead the planning and delivery of development launches, community engagement initiatives, and marketing events.
- Support and develop Marketing Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position within housebuilding, property, real estate, or a similar sector.
- A strong track record of delivering successful marketing strategies and measurable lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, analytics, and marketing performance reporting.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and evaluating return on investment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence working alongside senior leaders and external agencies.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the Southern Counties region as required.
